Opportunity overview: Manage the Semi Test Demand Management team which includes: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Demand Managers supporting the Compute, Power, and Memory business units, providing strategic direction and support as they develop robust demand plans tailored to evolving customer needs and business objectives. Drive continuous demand plan optimization, ensuring the team maintains accurate, up-to-date plans that reflect business dynamics and market changes. Champion the strategic instrument demand planning process (Instrument Strategy Review – ISR), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market trends. Supervise product lifecycle management, guiding the team through legacy product transitions and the integration of new products into high-volume planning environments. Direct the team’s participation in the quarterly excess and obsolete (E&O) process, ensuring proactive management of inventory and alignment with financial objectives.
