As a Material Planner, you will express delivery needs to suppliers and follow up on deliveries to ensure the availability of goods for Alstom projects. You will monitor supplier performance KPIs and participate in improving supplier performance. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase requisition flow for internal suppliers and following up with sourcing for external suppliers. You will ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data and create material planning documents. Additionally, you will communicate material planning documents to suppliers, analyze their confirmations, and evaluate the risk/impact on production/projects. Maintaining a routine with suppliers to check delivery status, managing MRP exception messages, and resolving receiving issues will also be part of your role. You will apply APSYS roadmap and standards, respect Alstom EHS policy, and participate in EHS improvement and targets achievement.
