About The Position

As a member of the Chassis Module Division that supplies to one of the most well know automotive companies in the world, you will join a team that is committed to excellence, the highest quality standards, and puts our customer first. You will work closely with automotive part manufacturers all around the world to ensure timely delivery of quality parts to our door. You will work with different departments to ensure any newly sourced material or change is coordinated and executed on-time and with the highest quality. Requirements

Associate degree or similar education or equivalent professional experience required.
1+ years of related experience.
SAP experience.
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Software, ERP systems).
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Fluent Spanish speaking skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and order material via SAP or other tools as needed.
First line of contact with supply base to assure on time delivery.
Organize and facilitate meetings with vendors and supporting job functions.
Follow up with suppliers on lead-time of delivery and freight to assure production flow.
Perform cycle counts to assure inventory accuracy.
Investigate and manage dunnage related topics.
Track and assure delivery of inbound freight and ASN delivery dates are correct.
Manage inventory levels via MRP settings to meet ITR targets.
