About The Position

The position is responsible for material planning, data analysis, building inventory balance, releasing purchase requisitions, and monitoring depletion, with a focus on reducing aged inventory ratio. The role involves preparing raw material reserve planning, releasing material purchase requisitions, and following up on PR execution. Additionally, it includes arranging raw material arrival schedules according to production schedules and monitoring inventory levels to maintain turnover day balance. The position also requires monitoring raw material depletion in compliance with First In First Out (FIFO) principles and pushing for the consumption of aged raw materials. The employee will review sales orders to assess whether raw materials can meet demand and organize engineering material changes when necessary. Ensuring compliance with work instructions and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential, as is handling emergencies such as urgent procurement and disqualified batches. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers
• Major in supply chain with 1 year of experience in inventory planning, scheduling, and procurement
• Preferably a degree from an accredited college
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and view a computer monitor
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Problem-solving skills to deal with a variety of variables
• Proficient in Microsoft software; knowledge of PLEX/SAP/Oracle MRP functions preferred
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent planning ability and experience working with large data sets
• Understanding of procurement processes and logistics concepts
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
