About The Position

Forms+Surfaces is a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and site products used in high-profile commercial and public projects around the world. With approximately 650 employees both local and international, our team of talented professionals and craftsmen spans numerous disciplines: design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, sustainability, and client support. We are currently seeking a Material Kitter to join our team. Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Requirements

Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals).
Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, work processing, & data entry).
Accurate data entry skills.
Operate various weighing, sorting, and measuring equipment.
Ability to follow supervisor/manager instructions.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to commute/relocate: Glenshaw, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Count, weigh, and check a variety of materials that are placed into containers which are forwarded to production.
Create reports in a timely manner detailing shortages and/or damage
Responsible for accuracy and quality of the given task.
Ability to interact with cross-functional disciplines.
Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
Perform other related duties as instructed by manager/supervisor
