About The Position

The position involves collaborating with procurement staff and operational personnel to execute and control materials flow to support manufacturing, R&D, and other activities. The role requires maintaining NetSuite ERP transactions related to inventory control, adhering to company policies, and utilizing various equipment for material movement. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining adequate levels of departmental supplies and ensuring a clean work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Basic math and recording abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Other training and certifications as required for specific functional subset.
• HazWoper Awareness certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain NetSuite ERP transactions related to inventory control.
• Adhere to company policies and training matrix.
• Utilize hand-trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and box truck for movement of materials.
• Maintain adequate levels of departmental supplies.
• Keep workplace clear of unnecessary clutter.
• Clean work area at the end of each shift and dispose of trash and used packing materials.
• Conduct all other scheduled, mandated cleaning according to company procedures.
