Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Moves parts or material from one destination to another within the shop floor or warehouse.
• Stages materials ready for shipping.
• Loads parts or materials onto trucks for shipping, or into shelves/racks for temporary storage.
• Unloads raw material or finished parts from trucks or shelves, and moves them to the assigned space.
• Operates a multi-directional forklift or similar equipment.
• Operates overhead crane.
• Works closely with team members and communicates in an efficient way.
• Complies with safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Checks work area for hazards.
• Leaves work area in a clean/safe state when shift is complete.
