About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Blending different waste materials based on compatibility Move waste materials by means of Bobcats, Loaders, and Scissor Lift. Operate and maintain shredding, screw conveying, and other related equipment. Understand all regulatory requirements including inspection forms, burning parameters, and safety regulations. Communicate information between laboratory and regulatory management personnel.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, loaders, or similar equipment safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliability and consistency in meeting work schedules and production expectations.
