Requirements

High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
3+ years of supply chain experience in distribution, inventory, or transportation.
Strong process improvement mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WMS/TMS/ERP experience a plus.
Must be 21+ years old , and willing to complete a background check , drug screen , DOT physical , and Motor Vehicle Report.
Valid driver’s license
Lift up to 70 lbs frequently, lifting up to 90 lbs occasionally
Continuous bending, twisting, crouching, and standing.
Ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and provide operational direction for your team in shipping or receiving operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Ensure accuracy in inbound/outbound shipments and inventory counts.
Coach associates to foster a collaborative, team oriented environment.
Promote safety through modeling of safety procedures and thorough training.
Stay active - lifting up to 90 lbs , bending, twisting, and moving throughout the day.
