About The Position

As a Material Handling Forklift Operator & Yard Spotter, you’ll be central to that mission—keeping docks clear, inventory precise, and trailers positioned exactly where they need to be. What Success Looks Like Every load is handled with care and accuracy. Trailers are moved on property with a yard dog without incident. Warehouse aisles and staging areas stay organized and optimized. Equipment is inspected on schedule and issues are reported promptly. Daily goals are met through strong teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• Valid forklift license and certification.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Experience with forklifts and material handling systems.
• Strong attention to detail; safety-forward mindset.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Effective communicator and dependable teammate.
• Able to lift heavy objects; strong physical stamina.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport, stage, and store materials.
• Load/unload trucks and confirm counts for accurate inventory control.
• Maintain a logical, efficient warehouse layout.
• Conduct routine forklift inspections; escalate maintenance needs.
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily targets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Engage in training to advance your material handling expertise.
• Safely spot and move trailers on-site using a yard tractor (yard dog).
