ROLE SUMMARY: The incumbent will oversee the efficient processing, tracking, and reconciling of all logistical records associated with the site's shipping warehouse.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of related experience OR 2 years of post-secondary degree (with or without degree) in related discipline and 1 year of related experience.
  • Proficiency in entering and analyzing data within WMS and SAP systems.
  • Ability to reconcile discrepancies between different data records.
  • Strong attention to detail for tracking bills of lading and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Precision in scheduling and verifying shipping details.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to order processing and inventory discrepancies.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to provide clear and accurate information on shipping schedules and order statuses.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as processing transactions and tracking shipments.
  • Strong organizational abilities to keep track of numerous SKUs and shipping schedules.
  • OSHA Safety Training
  • Must possess the ability to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference will be given to candidates with applicable shipping and/or logistical recordkeeping experience, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Processing order transactions through an electronic warehousing management system (WMS) and reconciling against records created in SAP.
  • Tracking and verifying bills of lading for both internal transfers of products and external shipments.
  • Monitoring the inventory of hundreds of SKUs for upcoming orders; and tracking and ensuring accurate schedules are prepared and implemented.
  • This position may be required to work assigned and/or mandatory overtime based on operational needs and adequate staffing levels specific to their department and the essential functions of their position.
