About The Position

Printpack, a leading flexible packaging manufacturer in Prescott Valley, Arizona, is seeking a Material Handler. This role reports to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. The Material Handler ensures the safe, efficient, timely, and accurate movement of materials and product throughout the plant to support production and plant operations. Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks, including maintenance and charging. Manage inventory through loading/unloading trucks, storing pallets, and recording bin locations. Perform material handling duties including wrapping pallets and supplying departments. Conduct housekeeping and 5S activities. Maintain organization through proper disposal of trash, empty pallets, and end boards. Manage storage rack systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Safe operation of mobile equipment.
