Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Use your knowledge of warehouse procedures to be an integral part of day-to-day product operations in supporting a world-leading software development company.

  • Participate in all product operations work areas, including order processing, inventory control, and a variety of material handling processes using forklift, stock picker, pallet jacks, copy and duplication machines, bindery, and more
  • Prepare and apply warehouse, shipping, and other labels and documentation to packages, shipments, or pallets as necessary
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks
  • Assemble products or other materials from assembly instructions and drawings, bills of material, or verbal instruction
  • Pick and pack materials, components, and other items according to transfer order instructions
  • Participate in cycle count, ShipDesk metrics, reporting, and compliance
  • Accurately perform data entry and transactional record keeping into various Esri computer systems and databases using a variety of software applications including SAP, Microsoft SharePoint and Office, and others
  • Use effective written and verbal communication to provide timely status updates and follow up as necessary
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Computer experience; able to effectively use email, scanner, and network systems; clerical skills to include data entry, typing, filing, copying, and email
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and with others as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in warehouse environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Action and results oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift/stock picker experience
  • Current or previous California OSHA forklift certification
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Shipping, order picking, inventory control, and/or production assembly experience
  • Familiarity with domestic and international shipping terminology, carriers, and carrier manifest equipment
