About The Position

A Material Handler is responsible for accurately selecting, locating, sorting, packing and loading/unloading apparel and footwear for shipment to stores, vendors or direct to customers. The position offers a rate of up to $16.39 per hour with shifts available for 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, conduct business-related mathematics and analyze data as required.
• Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English to comprehend safety instructions, participate in safety drills and effectively communicate in case of emergencies.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately use and operate an RF scanning device.
• Sort product according to purchase order and SKU.
• Correctly match and place shipping labels.
• Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Bring problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director, or HR manager.
• Follow daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
