Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience of 1+ years in material handling within a factory environment.
• Willingness to work the second shift.
• Robust organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to encourage a collaborative work environment.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to determine the best course of action independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding material handling support to the production team, ensuring that all materials are available when needed.
• Move completed products to different parts of the factory, supporting various functions and ensuring a seamless workflow.
• Safely and efficiently transport final assembled units to the shipping area, readying them for delivery to customers.
• Maintain an organized and safe factory floor by strictly adhering to safety protocols and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.
