Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Power industrial truck experience or certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift 15lbs.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Overtime as required.

Responsibilities

  • Load materials into production equipment.
  • Operate power industrial trucks.
  • Remove products or workpieces from production equipment.
  • Count and/or weigh finished products or workpieces.
  • Sort materials or products for processing, storing, shipping, or grading.
  • Adjust equipment controls to regulate flow of water, cleaning solutions, or other liquids.
  • Mark products, workpieces, or equipment with identifying information.
  • Mix substances to create chemical solutions.
  • Notify others of equipment repair or maintenance needs.
  • Watch operating equipment to detect malfunctions.
  • Lift materials or workpieces using cranes or other lifting equipment.
  • Package products for storage or shipment.
  • Record operational or production data.
  • Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
  • Signal others to coordinate work activities.
  • Clean and/or lubricate production equipment and work areas.
