What You’ll Do: Expedites materials between warehouse and departments. Verifies quantity and condition of materials received. Stores incoming materials using forklift. Picks materials from inventory for distribution and arranges for delivery to work stations. Prepares and packages materials for outbound shipments. Completes and distributes shipping documents. Performs cycle count by reconciling physical inventory with data in automated system. Maintains and completes all required records and requires good computer skills. Generate reports to establish shortage lists and determine needed materials by interpreting shop drawings or blueprints. What You’ll Need: Work requires an understanding of the organization of materials, the location of work stations, and the ability to read shop drawings and blueprints. These characteristics are acquired through completion of a junior high school education and approximately six to twelve months experience. Must be able to operate a fork lift. Ability to function as a team member; to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
