The Material Handler position is a self-directed, detail-oriented role within the Materials team. This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive management of equipment, materials, products, supplies, tools, and inventories, including receiving, storing, counting, issuing, and transacting, all in support of the plant's operations.

Requirements

3+ years of related experience
Proficient math skills
Basic computer skills to perform computer-related transactions
Ability to read, write, and understand English

Responsibilities

Receiving
Fork Truck Operation
Reach Truck Operation
Picker Truck Operation
Picking per procedures
Packaging and shipping
Scanner Operation
Cycle Counts, as required
Physical and scale counting
DO system transactions and procedures
Provide a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain
Perform physical inventories, as required
Machine, Assembly and other duties as assigned by supervisor
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned the DC Supervisor or Company management.
