About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Material Handler to join our team at Hydromotion. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials within our warehouse. Your primary goal will be to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment, while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. You will work closely with our warehouse management team to ensure that all materials are properly received, stored, and shipped to their intended destinations. This is a critical role and we are looking for a candidate who is committed to excellence and has a strong work ethic. As a Material Handler at Hydromotion, you will use your skills in material handling equipment operation, order picking, shipping and receiving, barcoding, and warehouse management systems on a daily basis. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in assembly line operations and quality control. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Familiarity with barcoding and inventory management systems
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification
• Experience with international shipping and receiving
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and barcoded
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying that they meet our quality standards and reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System
• Assist with assembly line operations as needed
• Sets the highest ethical standards for self and others
• Other duties as assigned
