About The Position
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The Production Packer/Assembler is responsible for stacking and piling goods into their correct containers and preparing them for shipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Pull, pack, and label products based on specific instructions. Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas. Count items. Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed. Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keep products separated, organized, and accessible. Monitor product quality and report any problems or discrepancies. Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e. dolly, pallet wrapper, palletizer, and electrical pallet jacks). Follow the best practices of manufacturing and proper safety requirements. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm $14.00 #GL123
