About The Position

Responsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly—from stocking and packing to loading, unloading, and operating machinery. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy physical work, this could be the perfect fit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous forklift experience (required)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases, etc.)
• Comfortable sitting for long periods and doing repetitive motions (bending, squatting, reaching, etc.)
• A safety-first mindset and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move and stock materials accurately.
• Select, package, and prepare products for customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks—verifying contents match shipping documents.
• Use tools like saws to cut materials as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep your area clean and organized.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Follow all safety, ISO, and 6S standards.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
