How Will You Make an Impact? As a Material Handler at our Monument, CO facility , you will play a key role in maintaining the efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process. Your accuracy and attention to detail will help ensure that production areas receive the components they need on time, inventory levels remain accurate, and all material movements follow established procedures. Your work directly supports production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Schedule: 2nd Shift Location: On-site at our Monument, CO facility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
  • Basic computer or scanner-based transaction skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Role requires proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to stand and move freely.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Software and Computer Literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Own all material movement to stock, including dock‑to‑stock, material requisition orders (MRO), printed circuit boards (PCB), floor returns, and system transactions using scanners or computers.
  • Issue material from stock, including transfers, kits, manual pulls, and highly marketable parts (HMP), completing system transactions accurately.
  • Maintain transaction accuracy by performing all data entries correctly and verifying information as needed.
  • Perform cycle counts as required to support inventory accuracy.
  • Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S expectations.
  • Follow all safety and health rules associated with this position.
  • Comply with all procedures outlined in the company security policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
