We specialize in source-controlled, standard, and proprietary fittings. Senior Aerospace Spencer also identifies solutions for fluid conveyance challenges related to fitting applications. Our engineering capabilities include conceptual design assistance, modeling, testing and qualification. Our senior engineering professionals are active members of the SAE G3 Fluid Fitting committee and are recognized industry-wide for their expertise. What does the job involve? Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Material Handler to join our team. This position involves efficiently handling materials within our facility and transporting goods between locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in both material handling and driving, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of materials and products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a material handler (preferred).
  • Prior experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels.
  • Prepare and package materials for shipment or storage.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials and products.
  • Deliver goods to designated locations following routes and schedules.
  • Load and unload materials from the vehicle using appropriate equipment.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Report any issues or concerns regarding materials, equipment, or deliveries promptly.
