Summary The ideal candidate will be a confident and highly organized self-starter with some applications knowledge, communication and technical problem-solving skills to ensure execution of our quality standards and customer on time delivery metrics. This individual will work in the Warehouse and also preparing products for shipment after they have successfully passed Quality inspection.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
  • Team player with strong computer, written, verbal and skills
  • Familiar and knowledgeable with QMS standards (ie: ISO 9001)
  • Safety and chemical awareness
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and stage incoming materials and supplies
  • Deliver raw materials and components to production areas as needed
  • Move finished good to designated storage or shipping locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and support cycle counting activities
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Receive products cleared by Quality and verify correct quantities and labeling
  • Pack items using appropriate materials, following defined packaging specifications and work instructions
  • Follow all safety guidelines and report any defects, damage, or discrepancies to the Supervisor
  • Assist with basic documentation or system entries as needed
  • Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist
