Material Handler - 2nd Shift
About The Position
American Tin Ceilings is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Material Handler supporting our Powder Paintline. This position will be responsible for performing general physical activities including but not limited to loading, unloading, sorting, counting, drilling, and moving products and shipments by hand, pallet jack or forklift in order to support production on our automated Powder Paintline. Location: Palmetto, FL. On-site. Shift: Full-time. 2nd shift (3:30pm – 11:00pm). Monday – Friday. Hourly Rate: $17.60 - $19.80 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range).

Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve upon the safe and clean workstations while adhering to all safety policies and guidelines.
- Pull, handle, and count various products from warehouse and stage for powder coat.
- Use drill press to create hook holes on powder coated parts.
- Install hooks into parts and hang on Paintline.
- Operate pallet jack with option of advancing to forklift certification.
- Other duties as required.
