Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
0–3 years of relevant experience
Ability to stand 100% of the shift and walk for extended periods
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, bend, squat, and reach
Ability to lift: Up to 50 lbs from floor to waist Up to 20 lbs from waist to head Carry up to 25 lbs
Ability to push or pull manual pallet jacks exceeding 800 lbs
Willingness to work mandatory overtime during high-volume periods
May require participation in on-call rotations, weekend coverage, and driving a company vehicle

Nice To Haves

Experience operating motorized material‑handling equipment
Material Handling Certification
Experience with Brightree, preferred

Responsibilities

Pull orders accurately
Check expiration dates with strong attention to detail
Apply correct information and labeling to orders
Box and package orders efficiently and appropriately
Collaborate closely with the Receiving Team and Confirmation Team
Participate in fulfillment requisitions, inventory management, and receiving
Operate robotic picking systems and conveyor automation safely
Receive inbound freight with precision and stage materials efficiently
Document all receiving activity in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including PO and non‑PO items
Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move materials
Load outbound trailers safely to meet daily deadlines
Handle confidential documentation as needed
