Where You’ll Make a Difference Perform manual duties related to the movement of products and materials to support daily production and logistics operations. Load tank trucks, rail cars, and ISO tanks for shipment following established procedures and safety standards. Blend products for packaging and shipment, ensuring correct formulations and documentation. Sample products from various container sizes commonly used in the plant to support quality control requirements. Package finished products into different container sizes for sale and distribution to customers. Unload incoming raw materials safely and verify accuracy of received goods. Load trailers for shipment to off‑site warehouses and coordinate material transfers. Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for internal accounting, ISO‑9001:2015 requirements, and regulatory compliance. Assist with verifying the physical accuracy of shipping and receiving activities. Perform other operational duties as directed by the Supervisor to ensure efficient plant performance. What Makes You the Right Fit Experience in material handling, shipping, receiving, or plant operations. Ability to safely operate equipment and perform manual tasks involving lifting, moving, and handling products. Strong attention to detail when completing documentation and verifying product accuracy. Ability to follow procedures for sampling, blending, packaging, and loading operations. Comfort working in a fast‑paced production environment with changing priorities. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. How Would You Stand Out? Experience loading bulk materials into tank trucks, rail cars, or ISO tanks. Familiarity with ISO‑9001:2015 documentation requirements.
