Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule A – Day Shift: 8:00am - 8:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays) C – Day Shift: 8:00am - 8:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays) B – Night Shift: 8:00pm - 8:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)

Requirements

  • Must be able to operator a stand-up and sit-down forklift, load-trailing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
  • Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the training curriculum as an operator learning aspects of plastic extrusion line operations while completing assigned duties required for certification
  • Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line
  • Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications
  • Ensuring a clean, safe work environment
  • Scrap removal
  • Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials
