About The Position

Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Material Handler position at their Villa Rica I facility located in Villa Rica, Georgia. Qualified candidates should have experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Pay: $19.32 - 24.16 per hour depending on experience Plus an additional $2.50 per hour for the night shift premium Schedule: Rotating 3/2 Nights - 7:00pm - 7:00am Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life – after 30 days of employment 401K with company match Hourly Bonus Program – per month and quarter Tuition Reimbursement Annual reviews with a potential for a pay rate increase Up to $120 for steel toed shoes Up to $135 for uniforms Up to $125 for prescription safety glasses Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old At least 1 year of forklift experience Internal Candidates: Last performance review was rated “Performer” or higher No disciplinary actions beyond a written within the past 120 days Must be in current position for at least 120 days. Job Responsibilities: General understanding of rack numbering systems, tags, raw materials, and WIP Efficient operation of stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials Performance of routine safety inspections of lift equipment Loading and unloading trucks Moving material and general support of warehouse, shipping/receiving, and material handling functions Must possess skills and knowledge to complete forms and paperwork that will properly account for material being moved and supplied to each machine EOE F/M/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disabled/Vet Printpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • At least 1 year of forklift experience
  • Internal Candidates: Last performance review was rated “Performer” or higher
  • No disciplinary actions beyond a written within the past 120 days
  • Must be in current position for at least 120 days.

Responsibilities

  • General understanding of rack numbering systems, tags, raw materials, and WIP
  • Efficient operation of stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials
  • Performance of routine safety inspections of lift equipment
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Moving material and general support of warehouse, shipping/receiving, and material handling functions
  • Must possess skills and knowledge to complete forms and paperwork that will properly account for material being moved and supplied to each machine
