Scope of Position This highly motivated individual, as part of the Lockers/Non Metal department, will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping customer orders along with continuing development within the department. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be comfortable with heights, as this role may require picking product from high racks in the warehouse.
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
  • 1+ years of experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts and/or cherry pickers.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficient with RF scan gun functions.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
  • Accurately transfer finished goods into inventory.
  • Accurately count and organize products in warehouse.
  • Ability to systemically ship standard orders. (ex: General carriers, UPS)
  • Display proficiency with RF scan gun functions.
  • Basic department computer applications.
  • Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
  • Completes industrial lift truck certifications.
  • Maintains department standards and appearance.
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members across departments.
  • Helps support other department functions as needed.
  • Help create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Understand and abide by all company safety policies.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor or Company management.
  • Responsibility directly tied to Watts Value (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency)
