Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]) and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training available).
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Support and help in other areas as the manufacturing schedule dictates.
• Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Safely operate a forklift in a high-traffic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and move materials, products, and supplies to designated areas.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and move items within the warehouse or production area.
• Accurately pick and prepare materials for production or shipment.
• Operate equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
• Assist with inventory control and stock management, ensuring items are properly stored and labeled.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
