About The Position

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Use your knowledge of warehouse procedures to be an integral part of day-to-day product operations in supporting a world-leading software development company. Responsibilities Participate in all product operations work areas, including order processing, inventory control, and a variety of material handling processes using forklift, stock picker, pallet jacks, copy and duplication machines, bindery, and more Prepare and apply warehouse, shipping, and other labels and documentation to packages, shipments, or pallets as necessary Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks Assemble products or other materials from assembly instructions and drawings, bills of material, or verbal instruction Pick and pack materials, components, and other items according to transfer order instructions Participate in cycle count, ShipDesk metrics, reporting, and compliance Accurately perform data entry and transactional record keeping into various Esri computer systems and databases using a variety of software applications including SAP, Microsoft SharePoint and Office, and others Use effective written and verbal communication to provide timely status updates and follow up as necessary

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Computer experience; able to effectively use email, scanner, and network systems; clerical skills to include data entry, typing, filing, copying, and email
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and with others as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in warehouse environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Action and results oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift/stock picker experience
  • Current or previous California OSHA forklift certification
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Shipping, order picking, inventory control, and/or production assembly experience
  • Familiarity with domestic and international shipping terminology, carriers, and carrier manifest equipment
