Holman CVE has a great opportunity for a Material Handler to join our team in Baltimore! Starting pay: $22-$25 per hour Shift: 8:30am-5pm Benefits include health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and more! Eligible for benefits within 30 days of employment

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lb. materials
  • Prior warehouse experience
  • Pallet Jack/Forklift Experience
  • Basic computers skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive energy while working in a team setting
  • Technical knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with wireless inventory system is desired.
  • Experience with UPS or FedEx shipments is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize wireless inventory systems to receive, count, and ship products in alignment with physical practices.
  • Receive packing slips and verify quantities for parts against purchase orders.
  • Physically pick customer orders with material handling equipment.
  • QC outbound pallets by checking for quantity and quality of picked products.
  • Safely operate equipment, such as sit-down forklift, electric pallet jack, wrapping machine.
  • Perform cycle counts and investigations into inventory discrepancies.
  • Retain high cleanliness standards.
  • Independently manage safety and compliance training via online portal.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
