About The Position

At LaForce, we’re looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our products are ready to meet customer needs. This role is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with no nights or weekends ! If you’re skilled in material handling, focused on safety, and ready to support a thriving team, we want to meet you! In this role, you’ll handle a variety of materials, including frames, doors, and hardware, prepping them for shipment and loading them onto LaForce trucks or other carriers. You’ll use forklifts and other dock equipment to move products efficiently, ensuring everything is loaded and unloaded with care. This position is physically demanding as you will spend roughly 60% of your time on the forklift, and 40% of your time on your feet. As a Material Handler, you’ll also manage incoming deliveries, store materials in designated areas, and keep accurate records in our warehouse scanning system. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in material handling
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable standing and moving frequently throughout your shift
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely
  • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.

  • Driver’s license
