Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • AS400 knowledge
  • 1-2 years of experience operating an industrial powered trucks, primarily sit-down forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver raw ingredients and packaging materials to production lines according to daily schedules
  • Remove finished goods from production and stage them for storage or shipment
  • Return unused materials to proper storage locations following established procedures
  • Assist with inbound and outbound dock activities as needed
  • Accurately document all material movements using warehouse systems and manual logs
  • Follow FIFO and FEFO inventory practices to maintain quality and traceability
  • Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or quality issues and report concerns promptly
  • Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation efforts
  • Maintain organized, clearly labeled storage areas
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment
  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse and production areas
  • Follow all GMPs, food safety requirements, and safety policies at all times
  • Work closely with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to meet daily goals
  • Communicate delays, inventory concerns, or safety risks in real time
  • Participate in shift handoffs to ensure smooth operational continuity
  • Complete additional tasks as needed to support plant operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve material flow, layout, and handling processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Take ownership of responsibilities and demonstrate accountability in daily work

  • Starting pay: $20 per hour and enjoy a $0.50 raise after 90 days and another $0.50 raise after 6 months of employment
