About The Position

Immediately Hiring! Material Handler in Mojave, CA Starting Pay: $24.25 Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Monday thru Friday [training shift may vary] As a Material Handler, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! Primary Responsibilities Work will be in warehouse doing functions such as: receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments. Loads and unloads product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas. Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas. Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as: size, type, style, color, or product code. Operates propane or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods, etc. Load/unload trucks; Ensure shipments comply with carrier, customer, and regulatory requirements. Communicate with purchasing, warehouse, and AP teams to resolve discrepancies. Ensure proper routing of goods to storage, production, or distribution areas. Weigh-up chemicals for production according to scheduling. Receive incoming goods from suppliers or other distribution centers. Inspect for damage and verify quantities and communicate to cross functional departments. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Will be required to wear a respirator/PPE.
