About The Position

The Material Resin Handler is responsible for mixing and supplying material to all molding machines. Information on handling material is from various written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Locate material and equipment needed for each job.
• Maintain material flow to presses (keep an eye on material flow through resin lines & hoppers, replace bags/gaylords of resin
• Remove material and equipment from completed jobs.
• Issue and return material as instructed.
• Supply material to all jobs as assigned.
• Unload incoming material and store in proper place in warehouse.
• Obtain cycle counts.
• Standing jobs only, and/or walking back and forth between machines throughout the day.
• Climbing up and down ladders in required occasionally throughout the day.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Periodically check for unsafe conditions and correct as needed
