We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals for our fast-paced receiving operations as Material Handlers. This position is a key piece of our supply chain. Material Handlers are regularly scheduled for Monday - Friday 1st shift, 7 am till finished. Require overtime based on containers scheduled to unload. May require Saturdays. This position requires the ability to (this is not a complete job description): unload packages, materials, and pallets from arriving trucks by hand or with pallet jack left frequently items weighing up to 50 lbs. receive, unload, and distribute pallets of goods to the appropriate area of the warehouse stand, lift heavy items, and crouch for several hours a day work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment meet or exceed company quality standard maintain regular and predictable schedule comply with company processes and procedures follow verbal and written instructions stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or product work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather) ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises successfully complete drug and background screenings Apache Mills, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
