About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and adaptable Material Handler to join our team in a dynamic Floater/Swing position. This hands-on role supports multiple departments including Shipping & Receiving, Manufacturing, and Maintenance and offers excellent opportunities for cross- training and long-term growth. The right candidate is a team player, mechanically inclined, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Temporary time would be a probationary period.

Requirements

Willingness to be trained and work across multiple departments
Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning maintenance-related skills
Forklift experience preferred (certification not required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Steel-toe boots required (reimbursement available after permanent hire)
Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred (certification not required)

Responsibilities

Serve as a backup to Shipping & Receiving Leads: assist with packaging, labeling, shipping, and receiving materials
Support manufacturing operations by learning and performing chemical blending, container filling, and batching processes
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training available if not certified)
Assist maintenance team with general tasks such as pump repair, basic piping, and light electrical troubleshooting
Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
Follow all safety procedures and standard operating protocols
Flex between departments based on daily operational needs
