Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Material Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the transfer of materials for the shipping operation ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in all shipping activities. The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, put away, replenishing, and maintaining the overall organization of our warehouse pack out materials.

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
  • Efficiently and accurately put away received items in designated storage locations.
  • Load and unload deliveries of boxes, ice pallets and other ancillary warehouse and pack out supplies.
  • Ensure packing line is supplied with sufficient hard materials to ensure constant workflow.
  • Ensure that all inventory items meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in shipping pack out processes- including boxing and packing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory control and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' experience in warehouse and/or inventory control, preferably in a pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy environment.
  • Forklift Certification
  • Warehouse Management Software experience
  • NetSuite experience
