About The Position

Novae LLC is seeking experienced forklift operators/material handlers to join our fast-paced manufacturing warehouse team. This role is critical in keeping production running efficiently by ensuring materials are organized, stocked, and moved safely throughout the facility.

A Material Handler ensures the material storage area is organized and fully stocked for production. Team members assist with unloading delivery trucks, verifying materials, and supplying production lines with necessary components.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts with potential overtime
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with unloading daily incoming shipments
• Verify incoming materials against packing lists
• Spot check incoming product for quality assurance
• Keep material storage areas organized and aisles clear
• Stock production lines with required materials
• Move material safely with and without an overhead hoist
• Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory
• Pull UPS and IBTs as needed
• Identify and differentiate materials used in trailer production
• Learn ST numbers associated with materials
• Work collaboratively to meet production goals
• Assist in other areas as needed and perform other duties as assigned
