About The Position

The primary responsibility of a Material Handler is to perform an array of functions, including but not limited to job prepping, loading, receiving, and moving material.

Requirements

• Education - High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Experience in a warehouse/yard position Forklift experience is a plus
• Experience with building materials a plus
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Ability to read and write and perform essential math functions

Responsibilities

• Some welding, job prepping, drill press, chop saw
• Loads trucks for outgoing shipments
• Unloads the receiving of inbound product
• Outside work environment
• Complete all work orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Rotates product and safely moves product using a forklift (when needed)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work with the team to ensure branch success and provide excellent customer service.
• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
