About The Position

Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a Material Handler I to join our team in the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions.  This individual must have the desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Requirements

Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have experience pulling a trailer.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented; commitment to a culture of performance and excellence is required.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Strong computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs are required.

Responsibilities

Advise and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI’s) for consistency.
Verifies the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming orders.
Must label products and place them accordingly in the correct location as referenced by Roestrac.
Responsible for keeping a well-maintained and organized stock and inventory.
Handling returns by completing documentation and other required communication.
Responsible for keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular inspection.
Collaborates effectively with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
Pull material to fill project needs and deliver to the project location.
Achieve the organization’s goals.
Must follow training and company procedures.
Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Must follow good housekeeping practices.

Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
