Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for production and internal distribution.
Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report variances to management.
Prepare, issue, and package materials accurately in accordance with established safety and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to meet material requests in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety guidelines.
Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of inventory control systems.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve stockroom processes and increase efficiency and accuracy.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional departments to support company goals and operational objectives.
