Requirements

Basic math skills.
Ability to operate a forklift, if requirements for forklift operator are met and successful training is completed.

Responsibilities

Maintain agency, employee, and participants confidentiality.
Punctual and dependable attendance.
Consistently and efficiently perform work tasks according to training, e-learning, and work instructions.
Abide by the policies and procedures as set forth by Goodwill.
Ensure security and protection of all company assets.
Effectively communicate with management, peers, and donors.
Effectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers.
Loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
Operate all equipment safely and in accordance with training and operating manuals. This includes bailers, tippers, and compactors.
Sort salvage in proper categories.
Sort and prepare Dell in proper categories.
Trash disposal.
Operate a forklift, if requirements for forklift operator are met and successful training is completed.
Meet minimum daily production goals.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times.
Adhere to safety and security practices including prompt reporting of safety hazards and injuries to management.
Attend and complete all training and meetings as required.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
