Requirements

• Has basic skills training in an analytical / scientific method or operational process
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment.
• General computer skills.
• Works independently with minimal guidance.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-worker.
• Minimal required supervision.
• Set priorities among multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate sterilization equipment (PC, HMI) according to validated procedures.
• Load products into conveyor and manipulates the interface of the HMI
• Unwrap material prior to sterilization cycle.
• Load/unload product once the manual line is running.
• Monitor and document sterilization cycles, parameters, and outcomes.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization batches and logs.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and report deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in sterilization processes.
• Sort a rework activity
• Maintain working area clean.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
