Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to personal and operational excellence.
  • Excellent dependability and reliability.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move frequently for an 8-hour workday.
  • Ability to regularly remain stationary at a workstation.
  • Ability to frequently lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to ascend/descend stairs.
  • Ability to sit, walk, climb, stoop, and kneel.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares parts to be painted.
  • Prepares finished parts for next department.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.
  • Scuff and hand clean parts as needed.
  • Mask or put parts on trays for painting.
  • Rack parts as needed for the painters.
  • Load and unload robot conveyor line.
  • Powercoating Move materials and perform housekeeping as required.
