Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems (or willingness to learn)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform basic inventory math
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating equipment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems
- Forklift or equipment operation experience (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehousing and distribution functions under direct supervision
- Prepare shipping containers and package orders for shipment
- Verify orders for accuracy and completeness
- Process packages using automated shipping systems
- Complete end-of-day courier shipment manifests
- Support inventory control activities, including cycle counting and stock monitoring
- Learn and utilize SAP systems and warehouse transactions for inventory tracking
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pickers
- Serve as backup support to the Distribution Center Supervisor as needed
