About The Position

We are a leader in the design and production of critical power distribution products for many specific segments. The Material Handler- 3rd Shift role offers a 32.5 hour work week with a $3.00/hour shift premium. Hours are 10:00pm-5:00am and will start Monday night and go until Saturday morning. This position requires the ability to use a forklift or power equipment to move and store a variety of materials, parts, and products. This position will transport items from incoming staging area or from finished goods staging area to a storage area and/or shipping area. This position may operate an overhead crane or hoist to assist in moving of material. Individual will also complete related documentation associated with shipping and receiving material as well as move or expedite material to the proper department. In this function you will: Act as backup to other material handlers as needed in different sections. Visually inspect for damaged material. Keep areas neat and orderly using 5S guidelines. Safely and efficiently deliver materials as needed to storeroom locations, or POU locations. Notify internal customers of receipts / product marked to their attention. Required (Basic) High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution 2 Years work experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to obtain forklift certification and previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to use computer systems for the input and tracking of materials Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • 2 Years work experience in a manufacturing environment
