Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 10:00pm – 10:00am) (Days - 10:00am - 10:00pm)

Requirements

Experience operating a forklift
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
Basic computer knowledge
Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift to retrieve and deliver boxed resins to extrusion lines; scan, weigh, and return materials to inventory
Maintain full resin bins and communicate resin/packaging needs to keep plant stock levels accurate
Unload raw material deliveries and keep inventory areas clean and organized
Label, inspect, stretch-wrap, and load finished goods; assist operators with packaging and banding pallets
Manage scrap area and dispose of trash/cardboard to appropriate compactors
Break down and organize empty Gaylord containers
Comply with all safety policies, AIB/BRC standards, and SOPs
